The second fresh sea liced salmon of 8lbs was landed on a home made copper devon on Sat9th Feb in the cork salmon anglers waters.The first was caught on a yellow flying C 8lbs on opening day! So there must be others there!

Plenty of slats being returned,although they look silvery & well recovered. Main run does not start until after Patricks Day

A fresh fish of 13 lbs caught spinning on saturday last which brings up the total so far as 6 I am led to beleive but not confirmed.

Brilliant news sobiet! With 6 on the Lee and the Bandon's account opening its looking like a decent February so far. A trip to the dam could be called for sooner rather than later!

What's the story with the dam?
A buddy was looking for tickets but the petrol station says they haven't got the tickets yet and they say they don't know when they will get them

Sounds like its the same story every year. You'd imagine they would have the tickets available from Feb 1st as plenty lads would go up and give it a go, especially with news of a few being caught. Missing out on money there anyway...

they will say you have to buy it from the shop i will see if the buddy got one coz he said he was trying it and get back to u

They still don't have tickets yet which is a joke the buddy was told they might have them at the weekend but who will be selling them is another story as the petrol station told the buddy they are messing him around and he might not take the tickets anymore
