Lads
can anybody recommend a half decent pair of breathable waders at a competitive price .. i dont want to give my left arm for a pair of simms.. yes they're probably the best ..
Ive been using hodgman from the US for years , but their quality has slipped a little & the new selection of waders they have now are brutal looking .

Breathables are a nightmare I went through bout 10 pairs I say and I've found vision to be the longer lasting ones of all of them There are waders on eBay called bison the buddy has them 3 years now and I've heard other good reviews bout them the boots and waders come in bout 100 euro or so

Was doing a lot of research recently myself as wanted to buy a new pair also but think I'm just going to stick with cheap breathable bootfoot waders. Reading a pile of reviews and talking to people it seems Redington Sonic Pro waders are the next best to Simms but much cheaper. Scierra CC4s are also brilliant I'm told from a friend who owns a tackle shop and are better than the CC5's and 6's. Kinetic Fishing waders also worth looking up, might not be as durable but a very competitive price. Hope this helps.

Nice one, read some good reviews on them. Orvis started the whole new technology of using sound to bind the seams, removing the need for stitching and holes. Definately the way forward.
